I realised in February 2008 that playing the game (ie. be a postman ie forward emails to a whole bunch of people, show no opinion, report and do not analyse, open your mouth during important meetings and in front of BIG bosses, being extremely attentive to big bosses needs (like making sure tea cup is filled etc), playing the victim etc) is the key to getting big BOSSES to have a good perception of oneself.
And I have failed. i have no regrets (for myself) only sorrow and dis-illusion for the organisation and the 'product' of which is so dear to me.
I will walk out of this game with my heads up...as i was never part of the game and never intended to be.
